Biography
Carrie is a London-based composer and orchestrator working in film, television, games and theatre. They hold an MA in Composing for Film, Television and Games from the National Film and Television School, and a first-class BA in Music from the University of Oxford.
Recent composing projects include the BAFTA Longlisted short Day Out, directed by Gouleilmos Dermon; Glen Fulthorpe’s documentary Hooked, which won the Documentary Short Grand Jury Prize at the Slamdance Film Festival in February 2025 and has been shortlisted for a Grieson Award; Tushar Bhojwani's Roar of the Tiger, which was a semifinalist in the 2025 Student Oscars; and Tulou, a cosy, adventure RPG created by Martianwho Studios and set for release in 2026.

In addition to composing work, Carrie has worked as a composing assistant for Anne Nikitin's upcoming television projects, and did additional orchestration for the feature film They Call Him Og, recorded at AIR Studios.
Carrie began their career composing for theatre and has composed, orchestrated and produced the music for two full-length musicals: Persephone, which was nominated for Broadway World's Best New Production of a Musical following its UK tour in 2022 and IrrePRESSible, which premiered in London before enjoying a successful run at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. Carrie is currently working with the IrrePRESSible team to prepare for a London run in 2026.
Carrie is also an accomplished violinist and holds DipLCM, ATCL and LTCL diplomas in violin performance. They have played on a range of scores including Paramount+’s series The Crow Girl, composed by Adam Price; ITV's new documentary Brianna: A Mother's Story, composed by Mathilde Koechlin's and the Grierson-nominated documentary, Beyond These Walls, composed by Diogo Chaves.
